The Fabulous Trim Shake Recipes!

at only 125 calories per serving, you can have a great time making and experimenting with different ingredients!!  My husband Larry makes  me a shake every morning, and we honestly can not survive a morning if we miss making a shake. What he makes is a shake with high oxygenated water, 3 berries: blackberry, blueberry and raspberry, flaxseed, chia seed, and scoop of Slim and Sassy.  We also love the terra greens and he will put a scoop in the mix from time to time. Sometimes he will put a 1/2 of banana in there.  We make this so much that our Magic  Bullet gave out on us.  So we bought a Ninja and really love it. To be honest, I am not one to change things up, I love what Larry makes me every morning.
I know also, that there are so many great recipes.  So here are some that I found in a dōTERRAblog.com, and there are also other recipes that you can make pretty easy.   Eating clean and green is a great way to help keep your body in check, instead of overtime trying to fend off the GMOs, toxins and other things that wear us out. So, jump on board and if you are really wanting to lose weight, keep an eye on the sugar and increase the greens!
Strawberry Cheesecake
• 1 Scoop of Vanilla TrimShake
• ¾ Cup Non-Fat Milk, Rice or Almond Milk
• 2 Tbsp Cheesecake Pudding Mix
• ½ Cup Frozen Strawberries
• 1 Graham Cracker, crushed fine (add to the shake at the end)
Mix all ingredients (except for the graham cracker crumbs) in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs and enjoy!
Peanut Butter Bliss
• 1 Scoop of Vanilla TrimShake
• 3/4 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk (or other non-fat milk)
• 1 Cup Ice
• 1 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
Mix in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
Key Lime Pie
• 1 Scoop of Vanilla TrimShake
• ¾ Cup Non-Fat Milk, Rice or Almond Milk
• 2 drops CPTG Lime essential oil
• 1 tsp. White Chocolate Pudding Mix (dry
• 3 Ice Cubes
• 1 Graham Cracker, crushed fine (add to the shake at the end)
Mix all ingredients (except for the graham cracker crumbs) in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs and enjoy!
 
Peaches & Cream
• 1 Scoop of Vanilla TrimShake
• ½ Cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt (or plain)
• ½ Cup Non-Fat Milk, Rice or Almond Milk
• ½ Peach, peeled and sliced
• 4 ice cubes
Mix in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
Double Chocolate Banana
• 1 scoop of dōTERRA Chocolate TrimShake
• ¾ Cup of Chocolate Almond Milk (or other non fat chocolate milk)
• 1 Cup Ice
• 1/2 banana

Mix in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.

 

Mochaccino
• 1 Scoop of TrimShake
• 3/4 Cup Cup Nonfat Chocolate Milk or Chocolate Almond Milk
• 1 Cup Ice
• ¾ tsp. Instant Espresso Powder (or 1 tsp. instant coffee)
Mix in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
Vanilla Latte
• 1 Scoop of Vanilla TrimShake
• ¾ Cup Non-Fat Milk, Rice or Almond Milk
• 1 Cup Ice
• ¾ tsp. Instant Espresso Powder (or 1 tsp. instant coffee)
Mix in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
Chocolate Covered Cherry
• 1 Scoop of TrimShake
• ¾ Cup Nonfat Chocolate Milk or Chocolate Almond Milk
• 1 Cup Ice
• 10-12 Frozen Cherries
Mix in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
Chocolate Peppermint Kiss
• 1 Scoop of dōTERRA TrimShake
• ¾ Cup Nonfat Chocolate Milk or Chocolate Almond Milk
• 1 Cup Ice
• 1-3 drops CPTG Peppermint Essential oil
Mix in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
Banana Cream Pie
• 1 Scoop of Vanilla TrimShake
• ½ Cup Non-Fat Milk, Rice or Almond Milk
• 2 Tbsp. Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
• 1 Tbsp Vanilla Pudding Mix
• 3 Ice Cubes
• ½ Banana
• 3 Vanilla Wafers, crumbled (add to the shake at the end)
Mix all ingredients (except for the Vanilla Wafers) in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Mix in the vanilla wafers and enjoy!

Green Machine Shake

Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Vanilla TrimShake
  • 1 cup unsweetened original almond milk
  • 1 drop Wild Orange Essential oil
  • 1 cup frozen fruit
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2–3 cups raw spinach
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender and add the Wild Orange oil at the very end. Voila!
  2. To Make Vegan/Dairy-Free: Replace scoop of Vanilla Trimshake with VShake and use 1/3 cup coconut yogurt or coconut cream in place of yogurt.

    • gosh, there are tons of recipes! The Vshake is what I drink daily, and you can use it like milk replacement to some degree. The recipes showing here work with the Vshake as well! Just by googling, you can find a ton, here is a Pinterest page that shows a bunch!
